We have been blessed with the most perfect of October and November evenings here in Skiathos. Hubby has invested in a kayak to explore the shoreline while there are no tourists around and also to hopefully fish off as well. The weather is due to break tomorrow and bring some much needed rain for a couple of days but then due to settle back into a pleasant 17 or 18 degrees.

A few tisperos were consumed at Bakalikos on their last day of this summer season for a friend's birthday while looking out across the harbour and town watching the ferries coming in and a few cool beers have been sampled on Kolios beach as the sun goes down.

It will be interesting to see what sort of Winter we now have after such a hot summer and mild Autumn.
