Exciting new project

Work has been ongoing for about 6 months on Villa Asimi in Skiathos. We are now committed to restoring this old Greek Villa from the 70’s back to its former glory but with some modern updates to create a sympathetic, stylish living space while retaining all of its soul and character.

It's was a very tired, worn around the edges and dare I say it… a little bit scruffy. It comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living areas and an old kalivi in the garden. No mains water and had questionable electrics. I keep wondering if we have done something wonderful and life changing or if we are absolutely mad? But RHH (Right Hand Hubbo) still seems to be with me so fingers crossed we may create something beautiful.

We also have quite a bit of land with copious fruit and olive trees (lots of recipes to follow) and plenty of space for the kids or should I say furbabies (Gizmo & Brian) to explore.

We will be very much taking it cigá cigá (slowly slowly as they say in Greek). Lots more to follow…..
